What the cleaning proposal should identify
Ask for the number of systems, accessible supply and return pathways, equipment setup, proposed cleaning method, and known limitations. Tell the office where the equipment is located and whether recent construction or visible debris affects the request.

What is excluded unless separately arranged
Coil cleaning is not included unless specifically requested and separately approved. Filter replacement, mechanical repairs, mold remediation, inaccessible ductwork, and restoration work are outside routine cleaning. Ask the team to identify any proposed additional work before approving the visit.
Sanitizing is an optional, separately approved scope only when appropriate. It does not replace physical source removal, repair a moisture problem, or establish that a building is free of allergens. Dryer vents and chimney systems also require their own service scope.
What results can be assessed
Compare the completed work with the agreed areas, methods, access limitations, and available photographs or service notes. Accessible before-and-after documentation can show specific conditions; it cannot certify every concealed surface.
