A high-output portable duct vacuum rated at 5,000 CFM with filters installed. We use this commercial platform when the system layout, available power, access, and debris load call for greater airflow and static pressure.

Cobra inspection camera
The camera helps the technician view accessible duct interiors, investigate reported trouble spots, and document conditions that cannot be evaluated from the register opening alone. Camera access still depends on the duct route and physical obstructions.

Compressed-air whips and agitation tools
Controlled air pressure drives forward- or reverse-air whips through suitable duct runs to disturb loose dust and debris while the system remains under negative pressure. Tool choice and pressure must respect flexible, lined, fragile, or otherwise sensitive duct materials.

Important method and equipment limits
Equipment ratings describe the machine, not a guaranteed result in every building. Effective airflow changes with hose length, duct restrictions, filters, system leakage, access, and the way the equipment is connected.
We do not force aggressive brushes through fragile, unsupported, or unknown duct material.
A camera cannot see through solid blockages, sharp turns, sealed sections, or every branch in a complex system.
Cleaning does not repair crushed flex duct, disconnected sections, failed dampers, refrigerant problems, or mechanical HVAC faults.
Visible growth or persistent moisture may require qualified assessment or remediation outside a routine cleaning scope.
The final method is confirmed after the technician evaluates the actual property conditions.
Manufacturer CFM ratings are not presented as a promise of identical airflow inside every connected duct system.

Is a 5,000 CFM vacuum always better for air duct cleaning?+
No. Airflow and static pressure matter, but safe access, duct material, filtration, hose configuration, agitation, and source capture also determine the cleaning plan. The larger HyperVac is valuable for qualifying work, while the more portable Air-Care system can be the better fit in other properties.
Do you use a rotating brush in every air duct?+
No. We have a 40-foot rotating-brush system, but the technician first considers the duct material, condition, diameter, turns, and access. Compressed-air tools or another source-removal method may be safer for some systems.
Can the inspection camera show every part of the ductwork?+
Not always. A Cobra camera can document many accessible sections, but branch geometry, elbows, dampers, obstructions, and sealed construction can limit where the camera travels and what it can see.
